We’re delighted to announce not one, but two fantastic new instructions as we continue to grow our portfolio across Essex and Suffolk.
This October, we’ll be taking over the management of a modern residential development in Sudbury comprising of 20 flats and 7 houses, perfectly situated just a stone’s throw from the town centre. Built in the early 2000s, the development is a wonderful addition to our portfolio, and we’re incredibly excited to be working alongside the Director to deliver the responsive, professional and high-quality service that residents deserve.
We’re also thrilled to have been appointed to manage a city centre development in Chelmsford comprising of 18 flats and 4 commercial units. This instruction follows a significant milestone for the residents, whose Right to Manage (RTM) Company successfully defended the freeholder’s objection at the First-tier Tribunal (FTT). The Tribunal ruled in favour of the RTM Company, allowing residents to take control of the management of their building—a fantastic outcome and one we’re proud to support as we prepare for handover in October.
Did you know?
Sudbury is one of Suffolk’s oldest market towns, with a market dating back over 1,000 years. It’s also the birthplace of celebrated artist Thomas Gainsborough and boasts more than 240 listed buildings, giving the town its unique historic character.
Chelmsford was granted city status in 2012 during Queen Elizabeth II’s Diamond Jubilee celebrations and is widely recognised as the birthplace of radio, thanks to Guglielmo Marconi establishing the world’s first wireless factory there in 1899.
As we count down to our October go-live dates, we’d like to extend a warm welcome to both developments. We look forward to building strong relationships with the Directors, RTM Company and residents, delivering the exceptional service and proactive management that our clients have come to expect.
Here’s to an exciting new chapter for both communities!
